Software is used to manage the project by team leads and the manager. The manager uses this application to sketch out a schedule, decide number of teams needed to optimize the time of implementation of the project and decide deadlines for the various teams of the project. Furthermore, the manager can also monitor the progress of each team. The team leads of various components uses this to input the days or weeks progress and verify whether their team is ahead, behind or on the projected schedule.
